Our story
Why Comfy-Paw
This is Blazer, our two-year-old goldendoodle. He's healthy, he's fast, and he's the reason Comfy-Paw exists.
Most dog comfort gear gets bought after something has already gone wrong.
We'd rather Blazer sleeps on something that supports him now, at two, than scramble to fix it at ten.
So we're picky about what goes up here. We're two people, not a factory. We'd rather list a few things we'd buy for our own dog than a catalog of everything, and anything that doesn't hold up comes off the site.

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. No shipping charge at checkout, just sales tax where it applies.

Our supplier ships it
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas. You get a tracking number by email.

That's the real window, packing included. We'd rather tell you up front than promise faster and miss it.

Covered if something's wrong
Damaged, defective or wrong? Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Never arrived? Tell us once it's past the 12–16 business day window. Either way, you get a full refund or free replacement, and you keep the item.

Things people ask us
How long will my order take?
12–16 business days from the day you order to the day it lands. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is why it takes a little longer, and shipping is free on everything with no minimum. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Tracking sometimes takes a day or two to start updating, which is normal.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. If it never shows up, email us your order number once it's past the 12–16 business day delivery window, no photo needed. Either way, you choose a full refund or a free replacement, and you keep the item. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind or the wrong size, so if you're unsure, ask us before you order. Who am I actually buying from?
Two people in Michigan, Carter and Taysean, plus Blazer, the goldendoodle who got us started. Email hello@comfy-paw.com and one of us reads it, usually the same day.
Is my payment safe?
Checkout is handled by Shopify, the same system that processes payments for millions of stores. We never see your card details.
Do you sell cat products?
No. Dogs only. One species, done properly.
