Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order

Shipping is free on everything we sell, with no minimum order. There is no shipping charge added at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long it takes

12–16 business days from the day you order to the day it arrives.

That window includes the time it takes us to get your order packed and moving, so there's no separate "processing time" to add on top of it. Business days are Monday through Friday and don't include holidays.

Your order ships directly from our supplier’s warehouse overseas, which is why it takes longer than you might be used to. We’d rather tell you the real window up front than promise something faster and miss it.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking can sit without updating for a day or two after it's created — that's normal, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong. If tracking hasn't moved at all after five business days, email us and we'll look into it.

If your order is late

Occasionally something is outside our control: carrier delays, weather, a package that gets misrouted. If your order passes the 16th business day mark, email hello@comfy-paw.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.

If a package doesn't arrive at all, you're covered — see our Refund Policy. Lost orders are refunded in full or replaced free, whichever you prefer. You don't lose money because a carrier lost a box.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you catch a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to receive it, we'll reship it at no charge — just send us the corrected address.

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Email hello@comfy-paw.com as soon as you can, since orders start moving quickly.
