How long will my order take?

12–16 business days from the day you order to the day it lands. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is why it takes a little longer, and shipping is free on everything with no minimum. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships — tracking sometimes takes a day or two to start updating, which is normal. Full shipping policy.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If it arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, or never shows up, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You choose a full refund or a free replacement, and you keep the item — nothing gets shipped back. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind or the wrong size, so if you're unsure, ask us before you order. Full refund policy.

How do I pick the right size bed?

Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while they're lying down, then add about six inches. If you're between sizes, email us your dog's weight and breed and we'll tell you which one we'd get.

Why does my bed look flat when it arrives?

Foam beds and cushions ship vacuum-compressed. Unpack it, give it a shake, and allow 24 to 72 hours for it to fully expand. If it still hasn't recovered after 72 hours, email us and we'll sort it out.

Who am I actually buying from?

Two people in Michigan — Carter and Taysean — plus Blazer, the goldendoodle who got us started. Email hello@comfy-paw.com and one of us reads it, usually the same day.

Is my payment safe?

Checkout is handled by Shopify, the same system that processes payments for millions of stores. We never see your card details.

Do you sell cat products?

No. Dogs only. One species, done properly.
