Tip: pick a size that fits the bag you usually buy, so a full bag goes in at once.

Arrives in 12–16 business days from the day you order, packing included. Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is why it takes longer than you might be used to.

Damaged, defective, or wrong? Email hello@comfy-paw.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Never arrived? Email us your order number once it's past the 12–16 business day delivery window, no photo needed. Either way, you choose a full refund or a free replacement, and you keep the item.
